Are You Scared?

Psalm 91 is a great verse to read over and over when you get scared about Covid-19 or for any other reason. God did not send this virus. This is the work of the devil. We can find protection with God. God is not out to get you. He wants you to live and he wants you to glorify his name and dying from Coronavirus or being bedridden from another illness does not glorify him.

Jesus is speaking about the works for the devil.
John 10:10, The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.

When fear comes just remember this Psalm and say it over and over again.

Psalm 118:17, I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the LORD.

Does Your Heart Belong to Jesus or The World?

In three short months, just like He did with the plagues of Egypt,

God has taken away everything we worship.

· You want to worship athletes; I will shut down stadiums and arenas.

· You want to worship musicians; I will shut down every venue.

· You want to worship actors; I will shut down theaters.

· You want to worship money; I will shut down the economy and collapse the stock market.

· You want to worship your own bodies; I’ll close down the gyms.

· You want to worship your own intellect and pat yourself on the back with a graduation, I’ll close down your schools.

· You want to place your trust in your friends and not in Me; I’ll make sure you can’t even meet with them physically.

· You don’t want to seek My face and worship Me; I will make it where you can’t go to church.

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Maybe we don’t need a vaccine. Maybe we just need to take this time of isolation from the distractions of the world and have a personal revival where we focus on the ONLY thing in the world that really matters - JESUS!

My Commentary:

It may sound like God is mean when he takes away his protection and blessings, but he told you in his word he is jealous for you. If your child did not want to spend any time with you because he or she wanted to play video games all day or spend all their time with their friends it would hurt your feelings. If your spouse worked long hours and then ignored you when he/she got home you would feel hurt. God has feelings and he feels hurt when the one he loves ignores him. Your child can grow up and never talk to you again. Your spouse can leave you and they both have the free will to do that. When they walk away from you they walk away from everything you have to offer them such as a loving home, comfort, someone to laugh with, someone to cry with, maybe they walk away from provision, protection, and many other things. When you walk away from God you will also walk away from all of the things he provides. You will be on your own. This is God’s wake up call. He is giving you a glimpse of what life will be like without his protection and his blessings. He wants you to make an informed decision.

The moment you die you can’t change your mind. You will be with God or without God for all eternity and he does not want to be separated from you. This is why Jesus came to die a horrible painful death so you could be with him forever. That is True Love!

The Only Thing You Can Take To Heaven

The only thing you can take to heaven with you are people! Souls are so very valuable to God. If your child was in a car accident and someone saved their life how would you feel? God is even more grateful to those who save souls from being eternally separated from him. Matthew 5:12.

Those that may be your enemy now, could be your best friend in heaven. I know it can be hard to bring the love of Jesus to someone who is mean. My son stood up to a bully who was hurting his friend and the bully ended up becoming friends with them. I have heard this type of story multiple times. Mean people can be scary but they are just people who have been hurt and are in need of love. Hurting people will hurt people. I am sure you can relate to having a bad day and in your week moments have taken things out on others. What if someone had a bad life?

I know people will hurt you and they will do it on purpose just like you have been mean to others in word or deed. It does not matter if they are meaner more often. God commands us to forgive (Mark 11:25) and to walk in love. Luke 6:35, But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil. Proverbs 25: 21-22, If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat; if he is thirsty, give him water to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head, and the Lord will reward you. When you are nice to someone who is mean they will know they don't deserve it and will feel guilty. God will use that to convict their heart.

My Mom felt like God spoke these words to her when she was praying about a situation where someone was consistently being mean. God gave her these words to say to the mean person. You must have been really hurt, to be so hurtful to others. This is a kind way of getting them to realize that their actions are hurtful.

When an unloved person who is acting out, learns that they were created by God because he wanted them and that Jesus died on the cross so they could be together for all eternity, everything will change! Ezekiel 36:26, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. If everyone walked in love and spread the Gospel of salvation to hurting people, we would be living in a different world. A world where love is known.

So make sure you preach the love of Jesus to all your future best friends who are having a bad day/life. Don't leave out the important message of repentance once they embrace their Savior.

Why are their so many mass shootings?

God is love and when less and less people are filled with the Holy Spirit they are not abiding in love. They may love their family but they are not walking in the Spirit of Love.

Romans 8:5-6, Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.

Galatians 5:19-23, The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

The unsaved are vulnerable to demonic possession and since the unsaved are increasing in number so are the mass shootings! Not everyone who is unsaved is possessed, but I believe those who are responsible for the mass shootings are demon possessed!

This is a quote from Ann Graham Lotz. I believe she was speaking about hurricane Katrina. "I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives. And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand he leave us alone?"

If we want God to protect us we need to trust in Him and make Jesus our Lord and Savior!

If we want mass shootings to stop we need to preach the Gospel to the unsaved!

Why are People so Divided?

Jesus gave a parable of the Wheat and Tares. Tares are weeds. Some Bible translations say tares and others say weeds. Tares when they grow look just like wheat but right before the harvest when the wheat starts to bear fruit, the tares don't produce anything. When the wheat and the tares grow together their roots become intertwined and if you pull up the tares it will uproot the wheat.

Matthew 13
24He put another parable before them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field, 25but while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away. 26So when the plants came up and bore grain, then the weeds appeared also. 27And the servants of the master of the house came and said to him, ‘Master, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have weeds?’ 28He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ So the servants said to him, ‘Then do you want us to go and gather them?’ 29But he said, ‘No, lest in gathering the weeds you root up the wheat along with them. 30Let both grow together until the harvest, and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, “Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.

As Jesus says in John 8:44 some of us have God as our Father and some in the world have the devil as their father. Those of us that serve God produce the fruit of the spirit. Galatians 5:22. As time gets close to the harvest (rapture & second coming) we start to see the difference in people. The false Christians and the unsaved are making themselves known in mass numbers. When you watch the news and see the world so increasingly divided it is because the harvest is nearing. We can see more clearly the good crop and the weeds as the harvest is fully maturing. Take joy in knowing that soon, God will gather us in the harvest. Maranatha!

Royal Wedding

In honor of the royal wedding of Megan and Harry here is my marriage and life advice.

Forgive, even though they don’t deserve it.

Love, in spite of not always feeling loved.

Keep God close, so his forgiveness and love for you, will overflow in your life.

God will help you do what naturally you cannot do. You are betrothed to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, if you have accepted his proposal, love him with all your heart and are willing to commit your life to our Lord and King Jesus. Your wedding (rapture) will be more grand than the earthly royal wedding.

Flood Lights

Lord, let our desires not to be, a small little light in the darkness, but floodlights that make the night look like it's daytime. Have you ever been out on a football field at night when they had floodlights? It makes the place seem like it is daytime ,when really it is night. Together we can shine brighter. Let us be floodlights for you Lord, and let the outpouring of the Holy Spirit fall upon us in a mighty way. Maranatha!

The Christian silence is deafening. 39 million Christians did not vote in the last presidential election. The current president won the election by 5 million votes. Christians need to stand up and vote or we will forfeit our religious freedoms. This election is too important to sit back and remain silent because we don’t like our choices. When we kick God out of everything we get Godless candidates. There is one candidate who will fight for our freedoms and another who wants to take them away. We will never find the perfect person until Jesus returns but until He does we need to elect the one who will make the better decisions. The hour is late, the workers are few & the harvest is plentiful. Matthew 9:37. We can't loose the tools we need to bring in the harvest. Happy Rosh Hashanah Y'all! Check out the links I have at the bottom of the page on the pre-tribulation rapture tab to see the possible Rosh Hashanah connection. We don't know when the rapture will occur but the Lord has given us road signs and we can see we are close. Don't wait until after the rapture when you will no longer be able to escape the horrible things that are coming to seek out the Lord Jesus. Now, is the hour of salvation! There is nothing he can't forgive. If you are not sure he is real ask Him to reveal himself to you. If you seek answers with a pure heart he will not hide Himself from you. He longs for a relationship with you! He does not think you are weird or stupid. He finds you adorable! All the lies people have told you are from the devil. He died a horrible death just so he could spend eternity with YOU! Has any human ever loved you that much? God is Love! God loves you! God created you because he wanted you with him forever!

You will either say to God "thy will be done" or God will say to you, "your will be done." If you want nothing to do with God while on earth you will not want anything to do with him in eternity. Check out my Friends with Benefits article above. 1 John 4:8, God is love! Without God there is no love. He is the source of all love. Earth is a place that has love and hate. We feel both love and hate. The decision is ours to make. You are in a time where people are embracing the hate. If you don't reach out to God and embrace him you will fall into a place where all there is, is hate. Cling onto God like a little child who is gripping their parents with all their strength. Embrace him now before you are in a place where there is no love. When you really love someone you will do things to make them happy more than you want to do things to make you happy. Find the time to spend with him even if you have no time. Pray on the way to work or in the morning find some quiet time with the Lord. Turn of the TV and read the Bible. He will speak through his word, in your dreams, through visions and directly in your thoughts. When you start listening to him you will start hearing him. The one thing that will seal your fate to hell before dying is taking the mark of the beast in your hand or forehead. I think the link below is likely to be similar to the mark of the beast the book of Revelation talks about. David Wilkerson saw a vision of the future and he said he believes that the mark of the beast will be an invisible tattoo. Make sure no man's vision or opinion ever takes place of what the word of God says. The attached link is about a tech tattoo that can hold all of your financial and medical information. The Antichrist system will make everyone believe that the mark is a great idea with a lot of benefits. The Bible speaks about how people will not be able to buy anything or sell without this mark (Revelation 13:17). It also says that if you take this mark you WILL go to hell (Revelation 14: 9-12). There is no repenting once this mark is on you. You may not be able to work, buy things or eat but it's better than an eternity in hell. Anyone who takes this mark will break out in sores all over their body (Revelation 16:2). I don't know for sure what this mark will be.
